Supported Independent Living (SIL)
With Lavender Co assisted living, our fully trained care team provides 24/7 support on day-to-day tasks and helps participants to live as independently as possible whilst also building their skills. Our one-to-one support enables our guests to feel empowered, connected and supported at every touch point of their stay.
NDIS Short Term Accommodation
A home away from home, Lavender Co creates a safe and comfortable environment for guests to stay on a short-term or holiday basis. Our disability accommodation provides personalised and reliable support to our guests in a space that is appropriate and equipped for their age, ability, and required support. Families and guardians are able take a break from their responsibilities, and rejuvenate with confidence that their loved ones are in safe hands.
Disability Day Programs
Are you looking for ways to help your loved one become involved in the community and participate in fun, skill-building activities whilst being suitably supported? Lavender Co provides personalised one-to-one supported day programs for our guests. While with us, our guests have the option of chef-prepared meals, participate in goal-orientated activities and form bonds with familiar support staff. We pride ourselves on ensuring all needs are met, and our guests are seen, heard, and cared for in a professional, friendly and compassionate manner.
