Lavender Life Collective
A place to grow connect, and belong
Day program for young adults
Gentle growth, meaningful connection, and everyday confidence
We believe that growth happens in the small, everyday moments - through connection, shared experiences, and feeling supported to try new things. Our Day Program delivered one day a week in a small group for young NDIS participants on the Sunshine Coast offers a structured yet relaxed pathway for participants to build confidence, develop practical life skills, and create genuine social connections in a supportive group environment. Ideal for young people transitioning form school into their next stage of life, the program runs in 10- week terms across the year, offering a consistent pathway.
We are currently welcoming enquiries for our upcoming Day Program intake. If you’d like to learn more about suitability, availability, or how could this align, our team would love to chat.

A thoughtfully designed 10-week journey
Our program runs in 10-week terms, with five intakes across the year. This allows participants to build skills at a steady pace, with the option to continue across multiple terms as confidence and independence grow.
Over each 10-week term, participants work towards a shared end-of-program showcase, building confidence through creating, contributing, and celebrating their progress. With one dedicated day each week, participants are able to develop build skills gradually without feeling overwhelmed. Each term is built around a core theme, helping participants focus on meaningful outcomes that support their individual NDIS goals and day-to-day independence. Participants engage in a mix of creative projects, community outings, and practical everyday experiences - from photography and art to cooking, planning, and participating in local spaces. The program is ideal for young individuals who have graduated or near graduating school and are looking for a supported next step.
Core Focus
Across the 10 week term, participants will be supported to
develop:
Feeling more confident initiating and joining conversations
Active listening and understanding others
Practising communication skills in real-life setting
Navigating conflict in a respectful and safe way
Working together as part of a group
Building independence in community settings
Our Approach
Like all Lavender Co supports, our Day Program is:
Person-centred - built around each participant’s goals, preference, and peace
Strengths-based - focusing on what someone can do, and building from there
Calm and supportive - creating a space where participants feel safe to try, learn, and grow
Social - encouraging real connections, not just structured activities
