Simone and Michael started Lavender Co. in 2018
We started with one respite apartment back in July 2018 and now employ 35 staff and offer respite at six beautifully renovated properties.
It has been a labour of love for us. Our vision is to change the face of disability care and demonstrate how disability can be done differently. We are committed to improving the lives of people with a disability by providing specialist support, short and long-term accommodation and practical skills development to help our guests live their best life.
